The team from National Refrigeration installed a new hot water heater. During the job, the team was courteous, efficient, neat and informative. They explained what they were going to do and got it done in the time they said they would. After they were done they showed us the newly installed system and how to use the sensors properly. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
Justin found the issue pretty quickly. I am so glad that my previous HVAC company was so slow to provide a quote for their proposed solution. It is not needed! Justin did a great job explaining and listening. Only National Refrigeration will be servicing my systems from now on.
The crew sent to our home led by Manny was awesome. They were very professional, informative and respectful of our home. The General Manager Brian Kelly was tremendously helpful in explaining our options and prices for the new heating and central air conditioning systems. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. God Bless!
I had my HVAC system updated and they did an amazing job. I got 4 quotes and their price was the best for comparable systems. I ended up selecting a Carrier unit. Because this was a rental not my primary home and I already had electric heat and central air I wasn't eligible for most of the energy rebates. They helped me pick a system that met my needs and price point. The workers showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves finished an hour earlier than expected. I put a deposit initially and the remaining was due on completion. The admin was awesome and is letting me pay the day after since I got an Amex Platinum just for this situation to earn $1500 in points but the card didn't arrive yet, due to the holiday. Also, I had used them in the past for my home and my rental HVAC maintenance plan. This. Ew system has a 2 yr labor and parts warranty.
