Needed a new HVac company and they fit me in quickly. The tech was very courteous and professional, and had my A/C running quickly. I am so impressed I will continue to use them for seasonal maintenance. Only one service call, but it was a very positive experience!
Amazing company. The work is absolutely neat. Don’t listen to what the other reviewers have to say. This is hands-down, the best HVAC company in Rhode Island. Very trustworthy. The technicians are very thorough. And they answered all my questions, and I am more than happy.
I was so glad to call Mutual Engineering for our commercial HVAC maintenance. They came on time and fixed the issue in a professional manners. I find their staff and technicians courteous, knowledgeable, honest along with reasonable charges.
Workers didn’t want to do what was quoted, constantly trying to do less than expected. Stripped out copper pipes and took them without asking. Left large box of trash and scraps behind and never returned for it after repeated calls. Left old boiler and said someone will come for it.. over two months have passed and not picked up. Absolutely horrible experience. Thermostat they installed was broken and needed to be replaced too. I would warn anyone to stay away from this one…
I have been using Mutual Engineering for over 2o years . Most of my neighbors at Wethersfield Condos also use m=Mutual engineering. They have always given me fast, professional service. I rest easy knowing i have Mutual to call in a snow storm for a furnace concern or on hottest day in summer with an A/c problem . Gayle is very polite, responsive on telephone. Mutual installed my new furnace, and outdoor A/c unit .Julio and William are gentleman always respectful of my home , keeping the work area clean .
