Customer service is hit or miss. There’s a guy who works there who’s always friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate that. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. There’s a certain person at this NAPA location who honestly makes the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. It feels like she owns the place, maybe because she’s been working there for a long time, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude. She comes off as rude, dismissive, and generally unpleasant to deal with. The energy she gives off is negative, and it’s enough to make customers feel like they’re a burden just for walking in. If there were another fully stocked auto parts store in town, I wouldn’t think twice about going elsewhere. There is one, but their inventory is limited, and that’s the only reason I occasionally come back here.
