Austin was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, going well above and beyond what my fiancé and I expected. After getting quoted almost $9,000 (yes, you read that right) from Burlington Fireplace to redo almost everything, we wanted a second opinion, as we had just moved in and only wanted a cleaning. An hour later with Pratt’s and our fireplace looks even better than when we bought the place. And they saved us about $8,700. Well worth hiring them.
So glad we chose Pratt's! Ethan came out and gave us a great run-down of our options, we got the quote, accepted, and were quickly o the books. Jonathan, Jacob, and Ethan came out today and were so professional - shoes off, drop cloths everywhere, and they were super nice and efficient! Ethan walked us through how go use our unit with tips and tricks. It looks spectacular, and we're so excited!

We bought a home knowing the fireplace needed work. The previous owner had Pratt's come out so we called them first. After having another company check it out also, we felt more confident and comfortable with Pratt's, and they exceeded our expectations. We had a wood burning stove/insert put in and they took ample time to explain to us how they work and all the little intricacy's that go beyond a normal fire.
Dillon and Alec came for our annual chimney cleaning. They are very polite and efficient. They answered all our questions. We have used Pratt's for several years and will continue to use them for all our chimney needs. Great job!
