Fantastic experience with Mumma’s! Our old washer was smelling like burnt rubber. After calling several appliance repair companies, we were told that they could not service our machine. Then, we called Mumma’s. Within minutes, we knew what was wrong with the machine and that it wasn’t worth a repair attempt, sparing us the cost of a diagnostic visit. After talking through the pros and cons of several options, we were able to order a new washing machine over the phone. It was installed promptly! When the panel of the new unit was found to be malfunctioning, Mumma’s returned and fixed it the next business day. Fantastic business - appreciate your honesty and professionalism! Thank you!

Bought all of my appliances (GE) here to support a small business. First time I used the broiler on the oven (after warranty expired, of course), it didn't work. Was told by the GE service guy that it had never worked and was broken from the time it was installed. When I called, I talked to Grace - apparently the owner never reads any of these comments about her rudeness and lack of customer service. Basically, I got a lecture about checking things before the warranty expires when my only point was to let them know about the bad install. As an fyi to future customers, my washer is constantly off balance, the microwave has faulty lights on the display (cheaper to replace microwave than fix that), oven takes FOREVER to heat, and dishwasher was serviced twice in the second year. Perhaps stay away from GE even tho these appliances were recommended by Mumma? Anyway, I probably would not have even made this post if Grace hadn't had such an 'I don't care' attitude on the phone. Won't be shopping there or recommending them in the future.

First time dealing with Mumma's, from the start I was looking for a new washing machine and then decided to get a dishwasher also. Grace helped throughout the whole process with me asking tons of questions. Definitely worth to check them out as they are family owned which is hard to come by anymore! Today was the dishwasher install and the guys were great! Was in/out quick as well. The washer machine will be coming as soon as it arrives! I would not think twice about ordering more of mine appliances through them!
