I brought in some Jim Green Stockman boots with worn out heels. They replaced the worn heel with a harder rubber that will last longer. The work seems solid and the turn around was quick. It was even $10 cheaper ($40+tax) than last time I had this done elsewhere. When I arrived I needed the new heel ground down so that it was not taller than the rest of the sole. The man at the desk made time to take care of it right away and now my boots feel great. I look forward to going back again in the future.
