This review does not represent the store as a whole but is based on our experience with an individual employee. My boyfriend and I went here yesterday for our first ever look at engagement rings. From the start the experience we received was awful. We made an appointment to look at engagement rings and when we arrived the gentleman that greeted us didn’t even care that we had an appointment - no clue why there’s an appointment option when it doesn’t matter. Second off, we had no idea what shape or style we wanted due to this being our first ever time looking at rings, instead of being helpful the gentlemen helping us just kept saying “well I can’t help you if you don’t know what you want”, with just the one comment we should have left because the rest of the experience just continued to be awful. While I was trying on rings I noticed his hands constantly doing a motion as if to say “well what do you want” and I thought maybe another coworker was asking him something but my boyfriend said he looked around while the gentleman was doing this and noticed no one was talking to him. His tone was also rude and as if he didn’t care to be helping us and wanted us to leave. I wish I had gotten his name but sadly he never introduced himself to us - I just know it wasn’t the owner of the store. We left the store feeling defeated and I was at the point of tears because we were so excited for our first time to look at engagement rings and that excitement was ruined thanks to this gentlemen.
