I love Hassell's. They are competent, quick, honest, clear, fair, and well priced. A friend recommended them, and I've been using them and delighted by the whole family and the whole team for 20 years since.
I can’t say enough good things about this repair shop. It’s family-owned, honest, and truly kindhearted. I met the owner—a Vietnam veteran who inherited the garage from his father—and his daughter Barbara, who was welcoming and helpful at the front desk. Their mechanic Rob went above and beyond, giving me air at 7 a.m. before they were even open so I could get my kids to school safely. Later that morning, they found the issue (a screw in my tire), patched it up quickly, and charged me a very fair price. Places like this are rare. They care. That’s why they’ve been in business for 70 years. I’m incredibly grateful—and I’ll absolutely be retur... I can’t say enough good things about this repair shop. Hassell's Garage is BY far, second to NONE! Donna, Sherry and EVERYONE there is TOP NOTCH!. They do superior work, super HONEST and always tell you exactly what's going on! They treat all their customers like family! They have gone over and above and gone out of their way, more times than I can count, to help my kids and I with our vehicles. I have such piece of mind whenever I have brought any of our vehicles to Donna and Hassell's Garage, because I know my kids will be driving in a safe vehicle because of Hassell's Garage and their Exemplary work! I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else!. Everyone there deserves MORE that 5 stars!!
I’ve recently started going to Hassell’s and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their staff are friendly and honest, they stick to their proposed timelines, and they communicate well. I think they price fairly and do efficient work. I’ll be brining my cars back for future services without a doubt!
