I took a guitar in for a pickup install. It was to upgrade it, the guitar worked great before. Worked fine after install at first but quit working shortly after. Paid them AGAIN to fix the problem they caused and was not fixed when I brought it home.Avoid for service/repair.

Our son is taking guitar lessons, and he needed a guitar that was suitable for his size. The employees gave us plenty of time to browse and patiently waited until we needed some answers. Not only did they share their expertise; they helped our son try out multiple guitars and introduced him to his very first guitar that was a perfect fit for him.... a Fender California Standard Redondo Mini in Surf Green. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they were also extremely encouraging to our son and his learning to be a guitarist. The store has a wonderful stock for all ages and levels of expertise. If you're in the market for an instrument or music accessory in Tupelo or the surrounding area, this is the place and these are the people you need to see.
