Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville did a great job handling a sewer line issue at my home. They first came out to inspect and locate the problem, which turned out to be a separation in the backyard line that was causing sewer backups. They clearly explained the issue, provided a quote for the repair, and were professional throughout the process. When they returned to complete the repair, they fixed the 4-inch sewer line connection to the main, used the proper adapters and shielded band connections, and made sure everything was properly bedded with gravel and backfilled. I appreciated that they took the time to do the repair correctly and to code rather than cutting corners. Overall, the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The communication was solid, the work was completed professionally, and the peace of mind was worth it. Richie Lara was great! He explained the costs upfront. With the camera he made the problem visible and transparent. There were two loose items blocking the line. Using the camera he was able to push the objects out of the line into the septic tank. That obstruction is what was requiring us to get the line rooted more than once a year and the other services charged a lot and did not solve the problem! Thanks Mr Rooter and Richie!
