Osage Plumbing, HVAC, AC & Furnace Repair

Osage did a great job with our HVAC install. They came out right away when we needed them and everyone we spoke with was incredibly professional. Great financing options as well. Would definitely recommend!

Kayne did a wonderful job and kept me well-informed about his procedures. I will request him specifically when I need HVAC service again. I also was able to use Osage’s $200 off coupon, which made the repairs more affordable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wasn’t pleased not to have been offered the maintenance contract first so I could have saved an additional 10% on the repair bill. Kayne told me that Osage won’t do that until the customer has paid at least one full-priced visit since I called for service first.

I had a fantastic experience with Osage. Our A/C went out at the end of the season. I called Osage and Grant came out quickly to diagnose the issue. He showed me with his multimeter that the compressor was grounded-out and explained why that meant a total replacement was necessary. Rather than assuming the old unit was the right size, he measured every room of the house and showed me 3-4 options that were laid out in a way that made complete sense and was not overwhelming. Great Company! Fast service & everyone I met or spoke with was helpful & knowledgeable about the products. They installed 2 water heaters & left our home clean when they finished the install. I dealt with Trent & Grant & couldn't be happier with them. I don't give out 5 stars very often, but this company deserves that rating from me. Call them next time you have plumbing issues.

The gas company detected a leak after replacing my gas meter. Trent with Osage Plumbing came out the same day to help me. We figured out what needed to be done, and he worked me into his schedule. I appreciated the prompt communication and care. He capped an old wall heater, replaced a valve, and added new flex line on my water heater. I passed the pressure test and got my gas back on. Great service.
