Jeremy from Mr Rooter was seriously awesome to work with. He first did a camera inspection but hit a blockage and then a full line cleaning, which then helped us see what was really going on with the camera, and then he carefully dug up under the driveway to confirm the actual issue. Turns out the construction next door had cracked my pipe under the driveway and because of his work I had the proof I needed to get it fixed by their crew. Even though he didn’t end up doing the repair himself, the investigation he did was super thorough and honestly saved me a ton of stress. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, didn’t try to upsell anything, and was professional and straightforward. The entire investigation and cleaning cost ~$800. If you need someone who actually cares about finding the real problem and helping you move forward, I’d definitely recommend Mr Rooter.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I came home from work to find my garage ceiling caving in with what looked like a raging waterfall from a burst water main in the attic. We had literally bought this home just one week earlier, and I was completely panicked and devastated. Mr. Rooter arrived within the hour and stayed for nearly 4–5 hours to get the plumbing emergency under control. Not only did he handle the immediate catastrophe, but he went above and beyond by personally calling around to help me secure a water restoration crew and got them out to us as quickly as possible. Given that this was an after-hours emergency, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent—far less than I expected for the urgency, time, and amount of work involved. There were no surprises, just straightforward and honest pricing. There is still a lot of work ahead, but his professionalism, kindness, and calm presence in such a stressful moment made an enormous difference. I am incredibly grateful for his help and dedication.
