Everything about this experience has been excellent. (Should mention we were expecting to have to replace a hot water heater, so this was going to be $$$$$ no matter what) It started with the website- that actually contained informative info about hot water heater types and not just boilerplate, and an online scheduling system that was so easy. Next was their clear text communication and call before the appointment. Then our tech, Patrick, was great. He took the time to explain what he saw and why it was likely that way, then diagnosed it, and provided multiple possible solutions, at different levels of workload and price point. Then he worked patiently with our home warranty rep (don’t get me started on that 1-star pos company), and finally we set up payment and got financing options. We ended up getting the service subscription because the savings we got from the discount you get with that plan pays for the plan itself and more. So happy to have found our plumbers for life! Will gladly update this review after they complete the work. UPDATE: work is completed and it was more of the same great experience! Our tech Uber was a hard worker, communicated well and was dedicated. He pushed through a long day installing our water heater and even upgraded our system replacing some of our pex with copper. He ran out of time when replacing our shower cartridges but that was because they were a bit more challenging to remove since it had been too long since their last replacement and sediment had jammed them. So he had to come back, but when he did, both were replaced within 45 min and we were set. Even got to meet the owner George and can say, culture really does come from the top down. Our only snag in the whole process was calling the main line. If we choose the option for “appt for a previous estimate (1)” or “appt status update (4)”, we received an automated error of “extension 101 is unavailable” But when we relayed this on to Mary in billing (the menu option that did reach a person), she apologized and took ownership. We did get through on option 1 to Tierra (sp?) and she got us quickly to Uber to figure it appt details Overall this is a great plumbing group and I look forward to trusting them with future plumbing needs.
