Everything about this experience has been excellent. (Should mention we were expecting to have to replace a hot water heater, so this was going to be $$$$$ no matter what) It started with the website- that actually contained informative info about hot water heater types and not just boilerplate, and an online scheduling system that was so easy. I would like to commend Patrick Toomey of Blue Planet Plumbing for his efficient and courteous inspection of a leak in my shower stall. I received a phone call and text, which contained a photo of him, the morning of the appointment. He arrived within the time he had told me he would, got right to work inspecting the leak, took measurements and pictures, asked pertinent questions, and explained the whole procedure so that I could understand the process involved. Blue Planet Plumbing was exactly what I was looking for. They answered the phone right away and were able to schedule me within just a few days. The scope of work was handled professionally, and the pricing was in line with market rates. Everything felt organized, straightforward, and well managed from start to finish. Patrick was especially clear in his communication and genuinely kind to work with. I’ll definitely be using Blue Planet Plumbing again in the future.
