My old workstation laptop was finally reaching the end of its useful life. So I needed to upgrade to a new workstation, but was dreading a lengthy upgrade process and downtime, since my old laptop had lots of specialized and legacy engineering software to reinstall.
Aaron and team were able to clone to the new laptop and made the whole process fast and seamless. The new workstation laptop has been running like a charm ever since. The service and the results I received were both excellent. I highly recommend their work.
Aaron is the best. He responded quickly, did an amazing job and got the non-profit I work for back up and running! Not only did he provide excellent service, he also went the extra mile with recommendations on how we can improve our systems. Definitely our go-to from here on out. Professional, prompt and communicated effectively.
Richard was very helpful. I was trying to get data off of an old MacBook Air. Richard's first attempt failed, but he did not want to give up. I set a spending limit. Richard spent many, many hours in successfully saving my data to an external drive and only charged me my preset spending limit. Way lower than his time was worth. Thank You Richard. I highly recommend you.
I was very fortunate to find Aaron and the Asheville Computer Company 4 years ago. I just can't express my gratefulness having Aaron and Joseph along with the rest of their team in my world. I'm a small business owner that operates 24 hours a day.....7 days a week (Hotel). Bottom line is......They care....Which is hard to find these days. Not only do they care.......They are consistent, reasonable, professional and very prompt. They know their business........And are very, very good at it.
Aaron has not only managed effectively our five (5) computer stations over the years.......But also took us to the next level pertaining to our wireless internet system throughout the hotel. My guests are very happy......Which makes me happy. I highly recommend the Asheville Computer Company. I would also highly recommend participating in their maintenance programs.
