Mr Pipe is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand the issue. I really appreciate that he speaks Spanish, which made communication easy and comfortable. He was so kind and patient explaining to my husband and me how the machine works, along with helpful tips to better use our tankless furnace. We truly appreciated his service, his kindness, and his willingness to take the time to explain everything clearly. We are very grateful and highly recommend Mr Pipe to everyone. I was very impressed with Hector. He serviced our 43 year old Weil-Mclean heating boiler. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it at a fair price. Hector was very knowledgeable, competent and meticulous. He did not rush out the door when finished but waited until the pipes were warm. Meaning the bioler was working properly. This happened to be a rental property. I look forward to calling Hector for my home and recommending him to my family in the future.

I was referred to Hector by my brother who had nothing but great things to say about him. Called him, explained my issue and within two hours, he was at my house addressing the problem. Him and his team did a phenomenal job prepping the house with tarps to protect the floors and cleaning up after the job was done, leaving my house exactly how it was before they arrived. Hector was very professional, honest and thorough. Will be my go-to plumber moving forward. Highly recommend.
