Julian did an amazing job! I called Monday morning after frozen pipes and no water in the shower Julian showed up about 30 min later and stayed until 10pm. He found multiple cracks, fixed them one by one and never gave up until the leak stopped completely and we had water again Very knowledgeable and professional Would definitely recommend Excellence Plumbing and call them in the future ( hopefully i don’t have to lol )
I had a frozen pipe burst, we had a cold streak of temperatures in the 20’s for past week, so was a big emergency after I had to shut off the water I called Excellence Plumbing Service who picked up the phone right away, and they came within 2 hours. Julien was my technician, he was very courteous, understanding and professional. Within an hour Julien had everything fixed, pipe was repair, water was back on and back to normal. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services, emergency or regular repairs.

We did not have H2O in part of the house for days. We finally find a company who sent Julian today. I can say the moment he worked in the house our anxiety went from 100% to zero by the way he greats us. Julian was very professional. He assessed the situation and let us know how he is going to fix it. He took his time to do his job and went step by step to show us what he did. He did an excellent job. We are very happy.
