Mr. Handyman of W. Greenville, Anderson and Clemson

There are some unusual details of their service, unexpected these days, and very much appreciated. One, the person who comes out to look at the job, take pictures if needed, and who explains the work is the same person who comes back to do the work. And two, he comes back after you get a detailed emailed estimate. I'm not sure I've ever seen such a detailed estimate, and it's a far cry from "My manager says it'll be $800, and no, I don't have a card." My estimate also showed the 3% processing fee, which I could avoid if I wanted. (I did.) There is also a military discount, reasonably enough, as the owner is retired military. Which may have something to do with the efficiency with which they run. Actually my only complaint is they seem to have multiple phone numbers, and I always seemed to call the wrong one. But never mind, I always got the right person eventually. This is definitely a worthwhile company to call when you need something done. Maybe they can help, maybe they can't, but you will always get responsible, clear, and realistic answers.
