They were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, helped remove the blinds, and even assisted with putting them back up afterward. The cleanup was spotless—you’d never know work had been done except for the beautiful new windows! Special thanks to Tolii, Vlad, and Slav—their work and customer service were absolutely the best. I’ll definitely be using Yan Windows again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!
After getting a few quotes, Yan Windows stood out with a much better price and warranty. Also there were no pushy sales tactics. When it came to installation, Craig and his crew went above and beyond, they were very fast and there wasn’t a spec of debris left over. The new windows are fantastic, and I’m so glad we chose them!
