Our alternator went out while traveling through Kingsport, and we were able to get our Jeep towed to Mr. C's. They were able to get the part and install it in less than two days. The owner was very friendly over the phone, and in-person! Prices are very fair, and it was a safe location to leave our vehicle! Thank you very much!
I am so happy to have found a repair shop that I will be able to use for the rest of my days or until they close up shop. whichever comes first. I have found them to be quick, dependable, reliable, honest & fair priced and extremely approachable. I for one am relieved to never have to look for another mcanic.
Mr. C's fixed my water pump and replaced my serpentine belt. Thanks to them I can keep my Escort ZX2 on the road for a few thousand more miles. Fair prices for parts and labor. Would recommend to a friend or return again if my car should ever need service.
Mike local Kingsport resident. 2014 Lincoln MKX 2003 Chevy avalanche They've got some good honest people working over there their prices are excellent, lowest I found and they do a good job. The gentleman they have working there has over 30 years of experience. And the owner's real nice she'll do anything she can to help you out. I would definitely recommend Mr C's.
