Very professional, friendly and honest. I thought I needed brake pads for my Range Rover and was told everywhere that only a dealer could do it due to having to access the computer when lifting and releasing the automatic parking brake to access the calipers. No mechanic in the tri-cities area wanted to touch - much less even look at it. Blue Ridge took a look at it and could indeed access the computer to do the job but informed me "you still have half of the pads left, no need to replace them." I have a Porsche 981 Boxster S and I take all my maintenance to Blue ridge motor works. I like to maintain my car to the highest standards and I am very confident in them. They completed the work exactly in the time they said they would. They also contacted me before doing extra work that wasn’t initially planned on.
