Very professional, friendly and honest. I thought I needed brake pads for my Range Rover and was told everywhere that only a dealer could do it due to having to access the computer when lifting and releasing the automatic parking brake to access the calipers. No mechanic in the tri-cities area wanted to touch - much less even look at it. Blue Ridge took a look at it and could indeed access the computer to do the job but informed me "you still have half of the pads left, no need to replace them." How often do you find such honesty in this business? I would have never known the difference. I will certainly be back for any other work to be done on my Range Rover. Highly recommended. Thank you!
