I have been to a number of mechanics in the tri-cities. Seems like I always leave with the same issues I dropped my car off with. Thanks to Kingsport tire and auto care, my vehicle has finally been diagnosed properly and is safe for me and my family! Highly recommend
These fellas were so amazing! Honest, quick, kind. They treated me like their family from the second they answered my phone call. The prices are better than anything else I heard from. I’ll always call Morgan and Jarrod when my car needs to be handled.
Georgia, Morgan and the technician “Papaw” Tim - all 3 of them made our experience more than 5 stars! We were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from everyone in the lobby. My truck was able to be seen same day and fixed within 30 minutes! I couldn’t ask for better service from the technician and the front desk!
CarMax recommended this location for oil change & tire rotation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the gentlemen in the lobby. Morgan got me checked in and went over everything I wanted to have done and advised me of today’s specials. Super helpful and friendly to me and everyone else who came in. The lobby is clean and comfortable if you need to wait while the work is done. Work is done well and efficiently. This may just be my new go-to place. Would recommend.
