Callahan's Appliance

Awesome service guy came Feb 11th. After that, no contact from Callahan's. 2 weeks now, no contact. I called a gal who didn't know anything. My email was kicked back as no response. I messenger texted, no response. After 2 days, they should have let me know if they couldn't fix my washing machine so I could call other companies. I've drove into town 2 times now to ask for help from Lowe's. I got the, "I'll make sure someone calls you within 2 days with info." 6 days later, nothing. I can't go to a laundromat as I'm dealing with a terrible side effect resulting from a medical procedure. My wrists hurt from handwashing everything for over 2 weeks now. I have to buy a new washing machine tomorrow, since I don't have time to find a new repair company. The extended warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I'm posting this review for Lowe's also. Integrity used to mean something.

This was warranty work so it was paid for. Appointment was set through the GE site so easy enough. Received a text with time frame and arrived at the last of the timeframe. Being a new dryer they used a code reader to determine issue. Less than 30 minutes. Don't carry parts so had to wait for a text to schedule. Following week was given no one came. No call or text. I called next day and they apologized and scheduled for following week. Did receive a text that individual had been in a wreck so scheduled for the following week. Finally came and repaired in less than 30 minutes. So great they fixed it but as easy as it was you'd think they would of come back the next day after diagnosis, repaired it and closed this service out.
