Loved having Tony here. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He was also very easy to talk to. He answered any questions I had. I don't think he could have tested any other part he was very thorough. Would recommend Mr Appliance of Cleveland for repairs.
Great service & overall experience with having our washing machine fixed. Was notified of the time and technician who would be coming the day before, and received a phone call when he was on his way. Very professional and informative. Would recommend 10/10.
Update 1/21::: Yesterday I sent the manager the picture of the damage the technician, Corbin caused putting back my dishwasher (See picture) I mean yes accidents happen and I just wanted to report it and maybe get it fixed. However, Today I received an answer. Corbin the technician did something so dishonest that I would never expect, he took a picture of a slightly damaged cabinet then damaged it worse and left with the corner piece of the cabinet. Then I took a pic of a more damaged cabinet when I reported it. Now the manager accused me of causing the damage. What a shame for not taking ownership of the damage you caused and covering it up by lying and accusing the customer for causing the damage just so you don’t have to take responsibility. These are new cabinets and why would I damage my own cabinets. Seriously!! I don’t even care about getting compensated!! How could this tech, Corbin do this is beyond me. It’s so sad!!! Such dishonesty!!!! So unethical!!!
The technician was great he came in looked at my dryer and knew what was wrong he had the parts "unlike other repair companies" he got to work fixed my dryer and the repair was not that expensive, I would recommend them to family and friends, good job Anthony. Very pleased with his knowledge and work. Need more technicians like him.
