I returned to Master Auto Service to install a Power Stop Extreme kit on my Infiniti Q70L, and they continue to define what true honesty looks like. They have earned my loyalty through their virtuous and transparent approach to auto care.

Last night unexpectedly my check engine light came on, and my car started puttering like crazy. This morning I was frantically calling different chops to see who could get me in on a short notice and these guys were willing to take me in at the time I needed, and we’re super kind over the phone. Once I got there, they took less than an hour to diagnose and fix my problem for me and charge a very fair rate in my own honest opinion, would highly recommend them to anyone on the west side of Cleveland area for all their car troubles!
