Our refrigerator/freezer was not cooling properly, the heating element was out. Mr. Larry, ordered the part, we scheduled appointment , but he called to reschedule an earlier day to get the issue resolved, and he did just that. He fixed the issue and educated me at the same time. Thank you Mr. Larry of Mr. Appliance!

Our refrig/freezer was not cooling and had an alert message. The service person was able to come within the day, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part needed, and returned to fix it quickly. Downtime was a couple of days. We were very pleased.

AJ, service tech, arrived within 3 hours of my request for a service appt. He diagnosed my dryer’s problem and told me a repair price before beginning the repair. He had to go to his office to get a replacement fuse, but returned to complete the repair within 30 minutes. AJ was personable and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with such a fast repair. I highly recommend this company.

It is becoming a rare thing to find excellent customer service, but Mr. Appliance (owner Larry Coleman) truly values his customers. I was impressed by his professionalism, accurate diagnostics, and timely completion of fixing the problem. I highly recommend his office for any appliance issues. Mr. Appliance will be my preferred choice for any future appliance issues. Thank you for everything!
