I wish that I wouldn't have given 1 star but I had to. What a rude man. I was trying to give him business and have never been treated so rude. I don't think he is in business to make money...he must just need something to do. My wife even knew he was a joke. She was like who was that on the phone. I responded with he ain't even worth discussing. She knew him as a customer of ours and said he's always like that and never has $. Surprise! Worst experience ever.
Bought washer and dryer here dryer stop working in 2 months after we bought them then washer stop working a couple more months after dryer stop. Came to see if they had more washers they have ridiculous price they are part of the scammers that up the price because of coronavirus taking advantage of people PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Don’t allow scammers like these people to take advantage of you it’s worth the wait to buy from honest people. appliances sales will never be getting my service anymore and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know about my experience with this scammers!!!!!
I called to ask for a pump for a Samsung top loader guy said they didn’t have it, but offered for me to text him pics of my part and he immediately text back and said he had something that would work to replace it. 50$ flat. This is a legit buisness thankful for them I am!!!
Dropped our dryer off Saturday around 1pm. We expected to buy a new one. After we spoke to the owner about the issue it was having. Taking 2 cycles to dry the clothes, instead of making more money off us by selling a new one. He offered to fix our old one. $45 to diagnose and then that cost would go to the repair price. We picked it up Monday afternoon and it works like it was brand new!
