I bought a washer and dryer set they held it for me for a week they delivered all the way out to Orange I had two different delivery guys they were both amazing helpful and friendly and hooked up my washer and dryer make sure they both work correctly the elderly man that sold me my set was so nice and very helpful I highly recommend Southeast Texas appliance Depot they have helped me so much
Was able to find exactly what I needed, delivered within an hour of purchasing, even went out of his way to go to the store for an extended cord when he realized the original was too short. Works great so far I’ve done at least 6 loads since delivery
They were super helpful and knowledgeable!! They even delivered our new oven and took care of our old oven! Thank y’all so much! Our oven is perfect and the customer service was wonderful
Rushad was incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased a washer and dryer from them, and they work perfectly. The delivery and setup were seamless, and the prices were very reasonable. Their customer service is excellent, and they truly understand their products inside and out. We will definitely use them again in the future!
Heard about this place through a coworker. Went by. Told Randy my price range. I was in a jam and need a washer and dryer. He worked with me on price and his guy Shaun delivered it to my house. Shaun made sure everything was hooked up correct and was working properly. Ran a few loads already and seems to be working well. Wife happy, we have clean dry clothes at the moment. Been a good experience so far even gave me a few dollars for my old set. I will update in a few weeks on how my washer and dryer are doing.
