They came out quickly and got us back up running as quickly as possible. The technician was very courteous. For the washing machine, it required a new control board, but the refrigerator was able to be repaired with a bit of wiring, saving hundreds of dollars.
The young men who came to fix my oven were on time, efficient and knowledgeable and courteous about repairing my older oven. I was very pleased with their work and the positive outcome for the future safe use of my oven! Thank you!

My wife hired Moonglow appliance because our almost 3-year old whirlpool washing machine was not working. They charged us $125, diagnosed that the lock had failed and needed replacing. Another $350 to do that. So I went on Amazon, found the part for $25, looked at a YouTube video and installed it in 15 minutes. But the washer still didn't work. Turns out, Whirlpool had a recall on this machine for a motherboard failure, and they were replacing them for free, which I had them do. Now when I call the owner of Moonglow about the board, and questioned him, being the pro his is, about knowing the recall and replacement, he said it was not his responsibility to know about it. Hummmm, make you wonder how pro he really is. Anyway I feel he misdiagnosed the problem and ripped us off and wanted even more money to fix a minor repair. Not cool. I would never hire them again for any appliance repair.
Moonglow was recommended by a friend and we were impressed with their response time, knowledge and ability to find the parts required to effect the repair in a timely manner. Technician Zach was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company and are spreading the word to our friends. Thanks again Moonglow!!
