From start to finish, this was a great experience. The sales team and the onsite crew were outstanding. We had a construction project that required changes to timing and scope, and it was never an issue. They were transparent, communicative, and showed up on time. I recommend this team. Easy 5/5 stars.
Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Garrett at Federal Fireplace today. He serviced two fireplaces in our home and got both working beautifully. He was so knowledgeable and personable. With all the snow, he was so careful not to track anything into the house.
