So far very unimpressed and kind of annoyed. Very eager to take my money for a service but no service. But stuck for the 1/4 since I got suckered into prepaying. It’s not to protect them, it’s to screw over their customers. Thanks for nothing will be looking else where when this contract is up.
Very easy to get in and out of, staff was friendly. Great company look forward to doing business with them again.
We have had nothing but good experiences with MDS! They are quick to answer the phone and always helpful. We had an issue with a bear getting into our dumpster several times last summer and they sent people out twice to repair the lids and place straps so the bear couldn't get in anymore, we had no further problems after that. Very good customer service!
