Monadnock Auto Glass / Northeast Auto Glass

First time coming to this shop and had an awesome experience. Called early Monday morning to explain my issue over the phone and Jillian had me booked in for 8am the next day. My truck was dropped off and within 30 seconds of me leaving they had it taken in to start looking at it. I got a phone call before I even got home confirming the issue I had with my window and within less than a few hours the truck was ready for pick up. Excellent/friendly service and excellent pricing as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Monadnock Auto Glass made addressing/fixing our cracked windshield totally seamless and simple. Jillian, who took our initial phone call inquiry and who also handled the in-person communications at the Reception/Office Desk, was so pleasant, patient, informative, and reliable throughout the process! - - including navigating us through the entire auto insurance process, which she made so easy. The Technicians did a great job putting in the new windshield, and in less time than expected. All necessary items that had been attached to the old windshield were put back in place perfectly on the new one. Also, without any request from us, they cleaned the top of the dashboard, so that it now looks brand new. The Team is exceptional, and clearly take pride in their work! We would not hesitate in the least to make use of their expertise again, and would recommend them without reservation!

I had a small chip in my front windshield that I had ignored for several months. In the last couple of months it had grown to about 3/8 of an inch. I took it in to Monadnock Auto Glass to try to save the windshield. They took it in same day and filled the crack. It worked perfect! They arrested the crack from spreading any farther. I've attached 2 photos, one close up and one overview (the reflection is my garage ceiling:)). You can't even see the old crack, perfect! They're honest and their prices are very fair, well below the nationals like Safelight. I would HIGHLY recommend Monadnock Auto Glass.
