Had them out to repair our roller door in DC. The tech was really nice, but did not have the parts he would need. He got it working with a "temporary" fix. Promised to come back the following week and said the "office" will get in touch with me to schedule when the part came in. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office by phone and email, it is now 20 MONTHS and nothing. Now have to look for another option.
