They have a crazy person attending the phone calls, you ask a question And he never answers straight or with a normal Sense ,is like you are talking with somebody with mental problems, not sure about the service because over the phone is just insane.
Emily was super helpful and super nice. My iphone wouldn’t turn on and was stuck on the apple logo. I had been to 3 different places before and she was the only one who immediately knew how to fix the problem. We were in an out in half and hour and the time was only because the phone was out of battery before we came here. Emily told us she is in here almost every day so i would highly recommend this shop for any phone troubles. While we were in here, someone else came in with a cracked screen and while we were in here we watched her fix it. she was very quick and precise and she clearly knew what she was doing. 10/10 would come back with any phone troubles.
We came to have my friends ipad repaired. He thought it would be longer but it was ready less than an hour. Everything he told her is what it was. I recommend all facebook family and others to bring your phone, tablets or iPad S to them.
