Stay away! Save your money and time! I am not one to leave a bad review but this experience was too bad not to warn others. At the end of it all, they created more problems than I originally came in with, I made 8 separate drives in (which are far drives) due to their mistakes, and suffered an owner who was uncaring and unwilling to improve the situation. I brought my phone in when my charging port stopped charging and transferring data. I explained what I suspected was going on, the owner disagreed. After leaving the phone there for an hour, I returned to be told they would need more time because what they had tried to repair was not the issue and it *was* a port issue after all. Another hour and a half later, I had my device. Immediately I noticed the phone had glue residue on the front screen and sides. Then I realized any phone calls on speaker phone across any apps caused feedback and echoing for the receiving phone. Plus any connections through the port could be disrupted just by moving the cord. So I brought the phone back in. A new employee, who mentioned it was their first day, told me the phone seemed fine and sent me on my way. I returned the next day because the same issues were still presenting. The phone was taken back for trouble shooting and repair. Two hours later I picked up the phone and returned home, just for the store to call me and inform me that they "forgot to replace a screw" when reassembling the phone and would need me to return to the store. I drove back for a THIRD time that day. No offer was made to apply a discount for my trouble. The screw was replaced, but I had already noticed the speaker phone and port issues still were ongoing. The technician offered for me to meet with the owner who supposedly wanted to make it right. I scheduled a meeting with him for 10am the next day. That evening I realized that my camera was not taking clear images. The technician had left a smudge and condensation residue on my camera beneath the lens glass, in addition to more sloppy glue on the back glass seal. When I arrived to the store the next morning at 10am to meet with the owner, he was not there. I was told he was going to be there "soon". The owner didn't arrive until 10:40am, and then tried to gaslight me in to thinking I had said 10:30am. He then tried to blame it on one of his employees telling him the wrong time, which I reminded him still was not my fault nor my problem. I explained that I no longer trusted him or his employees to disassemble or "repair" my phone, that I wanted to end this saga and asked for a refund. He identified the poor glue seal and the condensation under the camera lens. But said he said he would only offer a refund if he could take apart my phone and replace the port with my original inoperable one. I declined, because I didn't want any more damage done, and asked for a partial refund to cover the gas money and time for all the trips I had made into town dealing with his business' mistakes. He refused. Never once was accountability taken for the mistakes he and his employees made. Never was I made to feel like I knew what I was talking about. Now I am over $150 in the hole with a phone that is worse off than how I originally brought it in. Photos included to show leftover glue and fibers as well as the condensation and smudge beneath my camera lens.
