brought my phone in to get the back screen/camera repaired. told them my phone was white and they replaced it w gray, and soon after my flashlight stopped working. called to let them know and after leaving my info, they said they’d call me right back and I never heard from them again even after calling and leaving my info several times. a few months go by, and my battery was so swollen and overheated and the screen was popping off the front. I brought it to a diff place (apple certified) and told them where/why I brought it in, and they said that was why my phone was the way it was. my sound was also not working at this point, and the phone was shutting all the way off and back on and just restarting itself. had to get a new phone and mine was only a year old. don’t bring your phone here, go to an apple certified repair shop!!!!

Took my phone to Phone Doctor for a simple screen replacement — HUGE MISTAKE!!!!. After the first repair within 2 weeks, the screen started glitching and had straight verticle lines rendering it unreadable. Took it back and they replaced it again with another screen - probably swapped it with a used one. It was working, but touch response was delayed and slow. After 2 months, the screen went completely blank!!! The phone was on and working but black screen. I went back again. After trying to put another failed screen after another, they finally said it was water damaged and you're out of luck. I take great care of my phone and never had it in rain or water, so it was a lame excuse. A week later, I took it to an Apple store, they said that there were no signs of water damage and that the faults of the phone were caused by the faulty screen. I called back but he refused to take accountability. I just wanted to share my story and I hope no one else makes the same mistake as me and trusts this place.

Had to come back and edit this review. Had my screen fixed 4-5 days ago. Went back home for vacation and my screen went completely black. Would not turn on at all. I then had to take it to a repair shop on my vacation and they told me the screen work was done sloppy. Don't recommend coming here. I got better service at a cheaper rate in California of all places. Also, take the reviews with a grain of salt. They give you a free screen protector if you leave them a positive review... the free screen protector is horrible and cheap which is to be expected. Was literally a nightmare being without a phone entirely during vacation until I could get it fixed. Save your time and money and don't come here.
