M&M Services

We selected M&M Services for three projects: --To remove log siding and replace with Hardie board also change out 3 wood posts on our home, --To repair a lawnmower storage building, --To refurbish a firewood storage shed. The M&M crew exceeded our expectations in workmanship, quality and detail. The construction team was diligent, very polite, knowledgable of their tasks. Mike and his crew did a great job getting my house ready to put on the market. I had several small projects which had piled up over the years. When I called Mike he came out the same day to look at the project, develop the scope, and give me an estimate. During the site visit he had several good ideas on how to save money. He submitted his estimate shortly after walking the property that I felt was accurate and fair. Once I gave him the green light he and his crew knocked all of the work out in a single day. They did a great job and they did it fast. It’s hard to find this quality at a good price.. the quick response was just icing on the cake! Great job Mike! Dealing with Mike was fantastic! Our client had put this job on hold several times throughout the process and then we finally received approval and Mike/M&M made sure he went the extra mile to get materials asap. After the installation started the Client decided they wanted the work to be done after hours when the technicians arrived on site the second day. After all was said and done, and pricing differences were approved - the client gave us 1 hour to be on site to begin. Mike made it happened!!! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
