I was so pleased with Isaac diagnosing the problem with my ice machine and ultimately resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable of the machine, professional, friendly, and prompt. Ice machine works like the first day I bought it. Will definitely have him come out every 6 months to do service check on it.
Mr. Shane was prompt and very courteous. He was patient and although my schedule did not allow for the appliance to be completely fixed on the first visit, he rescheduled the visit and was able to quickly fix my microwave a few days later. Prior to the visit the company sent a detailed text letting me know who my technician would be, sent another reminder text the day before the appt, and a text when technician was on the way.
Our technician Sloan did an exceptional job of installing our cooktop. He was punctual, courteous, neat with the installation and disposal of crating and we were exceptional please with the service he provided. I had called 3 local independent appliance repair services, one returned the call 4 days later. Then I goggled appliance repair near me and Mr. Appliance was first on the list. No more independents, from now on Mr. Appliance is my appliance repair company.
I had a great experience with Mr Appliance. Second time we’ve used them (different needs each time). And this time Anthony went above and beyond to get our problem diagnosed and get us fixed back in no time. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I contacted Mr. Appliance to fix an issue with my Whirlpool. A technician was assigned the day after contacting them and he was able to come out to diagnose the issue. Not enough water was getting in to the drum. So Mr. Joseph, my tech, ordered the part. It took about a week for the part to come in but the second it did, I was contacted to set up an appointment for the part installation. Mr. Appliance was very easy to communicate with. Mrs. Janet was very helpful answering any questions I had and Mr. Joseph did an excellent and professional job fixing the washer. I would definitely recommend this business.
