The team who serviced my septic system was great to work with. They took the time to explain how everything works, offered practical and cost-saving options to address the issue, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Miller Environmental to anyone needing septic work.
Called at 7am for a septic tank pump and they arrived by 9:25am. The guys were knowledgeable and very kind. Even entertained my million questions while they worked. If I was able to rate 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Miller Environmental Services. I promise you will not be disappointed!! They go above and beyond and for a reasonable price!!
Called them for repairs of plumbers putty around sink drain and a shower faucet kit, We needed the shower fixed quickly because we couldn’t adjust the water temperature. My mistake that I didn’t ask the charges per hour ahead of time. This ended up being a two hour job plus a two hour trip to Lowe’s for a part that might have cost $50 to $100.00. My total cost for the job plus mess on my wall was $600.00. I have asked for a breakdown on cost but have not received it yet. The plumber was excellent but cost per hour is ridiculous since they counted two hours driving to Lowe’s and back to my home and only at best two hours working in my home plus now I have to get someone to repair my sheetrock.
Brody and Luke were knowledgeable, professional and helpful! The homeowner didn't know exactly where the septic tank access was located, so we were hoping these gents could determine this for us. Within 10 minutes they located the access, removed the concrete top and were pumping the tank. They left the work area undisturbed and tidy. Thank you so much, gentlemen! I highly recommend this Miller team.
