I had a great experience with Higdon Service. From scheduling to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians—Brandon Brewer, Dalton Cooper, and Jason Parker—were outstanding. They arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done. Adam Shelton, also did an excellent job explaining the different types of HVAC units, pricing options, and what would work best for my needs. He was patient, informative, and made the decision process easy and stress-free. Overall, the service was thorough, transparent, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Higdon Service and their team for reliable, high-quality HVAC work.

We had our equipment fail on a Tuesday. Had Higdon out on Wednesday for a quote (amongst others) and they installed it on a Friday. They were honest, helpful, and didn’t hide or smudge anything. Lee gave us any details we needed and also let us find and figure out the unit that was best for our family. John P, Gabe A, and Brandon B were excellent. They came in were clean and efficient and got it done even with me talking their ears off. We are absolutely thrilled with the service they provided. They left the house better and cleaner than they found it and didn’t leave til they made sure it was working exactly right.
