Bob Wallace Appliance - Cullman

I bought a new washer,dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher, over 4,000$ in 2021, everything has broken in someway shape or form, dryer died little over a year after buying, dishwasher started falling apart with pieces just braking off now completely done for. Stove takes almost and 45 mins to 1 hour to preheat, all the shelves in fridge completely broke or cracked icemaker stopped making ice, washer display is peeling and cracked, wasted all that money and now will have to replace almost everything at this point. This shouldn't have happen within 4 years on everything I bought. Garbage!!!

I just had the most wonderful experience at Bob Wallace appliance! I went in to buy a heating element for my stove but was a couple of dollars short. To my surprise, they gave it to me for free, and it meant the world to me because it helped me feed my four kids tonight. I can’t express how thankful I am for their kindness. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone was so sweet and understanding. It’s rare to find such generosity, and it truly made my day. Such a blessing. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! Thank you again!

I would not recommend buying a vent hood from Bob Wallace. We bought several appliances from Bob Wallace recently because I thought that they were a company that stood behind their product. About two years ago, we had bought a fridge from them. All I can say is they don't stand behind their vent hoods. We even bought the five year warranty that went with it. I asked when I was purchasing it if it was a good vent hood. The two gentlemen working there told me yes. (The unit was the second highest one in price.) However, it does not work properly; I still have condensation on my cabinets just like when I had the microwave over the oven. Bob Wallace sent someone out, and he agreed it wasn't working properly. The gentleman who came out said that Melissa would be contacting us. She never contacted us. Melissa was not easy to reach; it took over a week to talk to her. Wish someone would have warned me about their vent hoods.
