If you are reading this review to scout out a GREAT washer repairman, look no further, Mike D is your man. Not only does he fix the problem, but he does so at a very affordable price. I found Mike to be knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. He could have charged a lot more and taken advantage of me by fixing something that wasn't broken, but he did the job honest. I've had amazing service from Mike D's Washer & Dryer repair twice now - the first time he repaired my approximately 12 -15 year old dryer for under $100 & that included the part. That same dryer was still going a year or two later when I passed it to a friend. Later, I bought a house that included a dryer - and again called in Mike D's when it stopped working. For around $120, he came to my house twice (to diagnose & then to go get & come back install the parts) - requiring removing the entire back & drum, replacing 2 parts - it wasn't a super quick easy repair. I definitely recommend Mike! I was having a problem with my electric dryer. He was available when I asked him to come out and even arrived early on the day of repair! He was professional and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the issue quickly and has a very reasonable service fee. I would not hesitate to call him for future washer/dryer repair needs. Do yourself a favor and call Mike first!

Stellar - over 5 stars. I've had Mike's help twice - for my dryer and washer. Prompt, courteous, professional, fair price and honest. On the dryer, it was an obstruction that he cleared for a standard service call fee. For the washer, he provided honest and accurate feedback and didn't beat around the bush or charge me for attempted repairs on an old appliance that needed to be replaced. Mike is a great resource and will give you a ton of information before he even comes onsite. He's extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about the work he performs.
