They were slow to get to the job of installing a garage door opener and failed to meet their promise date to get to the job twice before finally showing up. They arrived to do the job a full two weeks after providing their estimate. Then, after partially dismantling my garage door, rendering it inoperable, they announced they didn't have the materials they needed to complete the job and wouldn't be able to finish the job until the following day, forcing me to park my brand new Silverado outside in a neighborhood that is subject to automobile break ins and with a severe storm forecsated. The next day they texted me to communicate that they were "over booked" and would not be able to return until the following day, two days after starting the job. It was necessary to threaten to cancel the job order, before successfully encouraging them to return on that day as promised. Otherwise, their service personnel were capable, their prices were reasonable, and I am more than adequately impressed with the quality of the opener and the installation work that was done. Despite the frustrations related to their scheduling and completing the work, I would recommend them for a garage door opener installation.
