Called to have a backed up floor drain cleaned out, and they were able to schedule me in the same day. Chris came and took really good care of me! He was extremely nice and professional. He walked me through the problem and included me in the resolution throughout the visit. Prompt, good price. Thank you so much!

BIG shoutout to Chris! He was timely ⏲️, professional 🔧, & customer focused 🏠. My time with various trades has shown that a lot of people hate their work & take it out on others, but Chris’s calm demeanor & honestly really helped me feel at ease with the whole process. When he arrived, he invited me to watch so that I could understand what was going on. He quickly identified the problem with my floor drain and provided me a detailed rundown of why this might be going on, as well as, tips to prevent things from getting worse in the future. He also explained a problem that I have been having with another floor drain. Chris certainly knew his stuff and it showed in how quickly and confidently he was able to fix everything. Beyond his technical skills, Chris was very friendly with not only myself but my family as well. He provided the same education to them about what was going on with the drain. He could have simply just let me re-tell everything, but in his own words ‘No one told me these things when I was a new homeowner’. Taking the time to educate us about our homes pipes really felt like he was going above & beyond. Also, Chris probably had the cleanest work van I have seen for a plumber. It was organized & he knew where everything was. He definitely takes pride in his work & all the tools necessary for his trade. All of that being said, I would recommend Chris to anyone I know. He really seems like the kind of guy that would have his own business someday & based on our experience, I can see him being a great leader & educator in that business. 👍
I had my laundry floor drain serviced by Chris. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and what caused the clog. It took him no longer than 25mins to unclog. No hassle of anything. Quick and easy. I will for sure be using Midway Sewer Services next time.
My laundry floor drain was backed up for 3 days where I couldn’t do laundry or wash dishes upstairs above it. I was also in the middle of moving and selling my home so I needed to fix this ASAP. I had Chris come in to help me and he was super kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was happening and gave me tips of how to tell if something was minor versus major issues with pipes and drainage. He was able to fix my issue in less than an hour and everything was running smoothly and great again! Saved me so much time, money, and stress!
