THEY HAVE THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN THOUGH THIS GOING TO THE OFFICE ON MARSHALL AVE IN SAINT PAUL MN.NOTHING OPEN ON WEEKENDS TO TROUBLESHOOT NOR PAY YOUR BILL. THE MAN THAT HELPED ME WAS RUDELY AND DIDN'T WANT TO ASSIT. I DID WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS HONESTLY.
I used a financial aid letter to buy a computer. I went back to buy WiFi, a week later , with the same letter and was denied. I will be reporting you to the attorney general!
PCS for people was very good at first but they are very sucking now I never really had interruptions at first but now I do and on top of that it should be more easier access to pay your bill why do I have to go through this link in that link just to pay my bill pay my bill that's it smh if I could I would give them no stars and no thumbs they suck currently looking for a new internet provider
Everything costs! Affordable wifi is a crucial item, but beware that this place WILL fleece you on some broken crap and mire you in endless customer service loopholes for MONTHS, and then eventually tell you they are keeping your money because you "missed the window". The window ie the time you were constantly on the phone with them.
DO NOT BUY the Jetstream device!!
A rep on one of my many many calls told me straight up they know the device is faulty and THEY SELL IT ANYWAYS.
They sell it and then offer to replace it when you get it & it don't work, and then because you opted to work WITH THEM at their own process, they say ope GOTCHA sorry you can't return this device now. It's expensive too.
If you're in assistance like me, this might be your only option. But seriously beware of their scams. They will defraud you and act like it's normal.
RESPONSE to Owner: I have been on the phone with you every couple weeks for 3/4 of the year. All this started when I simply wanted to renew my service ($16). An agent told me I wasn't allowed to w/o buying a new $100 device, even tho mine worked. I can't even remember how many times now I have waited weeks to months for something in the mail only to call repeatedly to get someone & find out you never sent it. This has been a neverending nightmare. I'm not just crashing out after 1 bad interaction. Y'all have been messing me around all year and I'm done. If you were gonna provide helpful service, why weren't the first dozen opportunities taken??
