Called to inquire about services; after speaking with gentleman made the drive to seek his advice on a broken Dyson Upright charger plug. Super friendly upon arrival and had a alternative fix in 5 minutes. I lived the side parking access and ease to exit around back to catch traffic light on a super busy 4 lane road. Great customer service and offers a variety of vacuuming/shampooing products. Personalized service…which is fleeting. Highly recommend

I enjoyed my experience at Mid-State Vacuum. Robert, the owner, is knowledgeable and enjoys chatting with his customers. I am a new customer, but I will definitely be returning. If you need your machines serviced, take them to Robert! He will get you back in the vroom!

This is the first time that the commercial cleaning company I manage use this company to service our vacuums. Roger is a honest and professional business person. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the products he sells and service. The longevity of the family business also speaks for itself. I was so pleased with the repairs of the first two vacuum that I brought another one immediately to repair.
