Got the back of my phone repaired because it was badly cracked. But when I got it back, my microphone wouldn’t work correctly. Didn’t notice until someone called me the day after the repair. I came back to let the man know about my issue. He quickly told me that he didn’t go into my phone, he did his work and only worked on the outside, and said that I dropped my phone too much and that’s why my microphone wasn’t working. I did tell him that my microphone has worked properly before the repair. But all he did was shake his head. Quite disappointed to hear when I went to the Apple Store to see if what the man said was true, was absolutely not true. The Apple Store quickly found the reason of my issue, and it was confirmed that the man HAD clipped a part of the microphone. Please, I recommend yall to not get your phone fixed here. I’ve learned my lesson, and I hope yall will directly go to the Apple Store or your carrier for fixes.
