Mid-State Basement Systems

I have to be very honest I did not want to do this at first. I was not looking forward to this day. But this morning about 7:30 in the morning these four guys showed up very kind very polite. They took there time and explained to me exactly what their plan was what they were going to do and even showed me the tools that they were going to use. They explained about How long it should take them.They got started right away. Didn’t stop till they finished. They were very cautious around the house .They took the time to clean everything up when they were finished. These 4 guys did a very good job and I’m glad they were the ones that did my job. Joe and Jorge were exceptional with our crawl space encapsulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier installation. We interviewed about 10 different companies, and we are so glad we chose Mid State Basement Systems. From start to finish, Joe and Jorge were on time, respectful, incredibly helpful, and always left the work areas clean. Our crawl space looks immaculate, and the humidity issue has improved dramatically from 77% down to 31%. My husband and I truly cannot stop talking about how pleased we are with the results. On top of their excellent work, they were also extremely personable and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Mid-State Basement and definitely recommend them! I contacted multiple companies to have an egress window installed and MSB was one of the few who came out in person. Charles was very thorough and explained everything, including the possibility of utility lines being in the way. He arranged for the lines to be marked and ensured the details were complete at every step. The customer service was top notch! And the crew who came to do the job was very professional and thorough. Levi explained the process and what to expect and he and the crew were available for throughout the day if I had questions or wanted to see progress. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!
