This was by far the easiest and best company I have worked with for my basement wall reinforcement. Chase came to the property and gave us the best and most inexpensive plan for our issues. They worked with us on price, scheduling, pretty much at every step they easy and knowledgeable. As for the installers, Chase and Mason, these dudes were awesome. Honest and hard working. Worked with me on some issues we had at time of install, by the middle of the day these dudes had not stopped moving so I went and got them some lunch and asked that they take a break. Will only be using these guys for any future projects i have.
We contacted Buckeye Basement Solutions to fix another company’s work. Jay came out for the consult and answered all our questions. Jay was not pushy and did not try to upsell anything to us like the other companies we had come out. We got our quote, approved it, and set up the install date with ease. On our date of install, I got to meet Mason and Chase. We went over the work they would be doing and after they answered any questions we had, off to work they went. Mason and Chase made sure they covered what possessions we still had in the basement along with protecting the carpet still down there. Mason and Chase worked their butts off from the time they arrived and until the time they left each day. There were several times throughout the project that they showed me what was done, would ask if I had any questions, if we were happy with the work so far and if there were any concerns. Their production manager Tyler stopped out several times and even the owner of the business stopped out. Needless to say, we have been impressed with their work. I have recommend Buckeye Basement Solutions to a friend of ours and if you want a company that is not pushy, keeps you informed, and takes pride in their work, give these guys a call!
These guys were life savers. We were having a lot of problems about the climate in our house being in the high 40s with extremely high electric bills. We instantly felt a difference once they were done. The house was immediately warmer and the air in the house felt cleaner. Randy and his team were very professional. Took them three days. I would recommend everyone to give them a call and see what they can do for you.
UPDATE: Buckeye Basement Solutions reached out to install a power post free of charge and to make sure I was happy with the quality of work that was originally done in May. The office also scheduled maintenance for a few months out so that our beams and posts could be tightened or adjusted if need be. They came out today. While it doesn't completely excuse the experience I had, I appreciate that they made it right.
My original review is below. I was told that the manager that oversaw jobs when I got my basement work done is no longer with them. I'm sure future customers will have positive experiences with Buckeye Basement Solutions.

We got work done in May of this year. 8 push back wall supports and 5 power posts. The quote was competitive and we went with Buckeye Basement for the price.
We were originally scheduled to have the work done on a Saturday. To my surprise, no one showed up to do the work. Apparently, work is never scheduled on Saturdays, so no crew was available to come out - a miscommunication between the crew and the office. They discounted us $500 for the mix-up.
During installation, I was told that we would get an additional power post installed at a later date ***free of charge*** because we need one more, and because it should have been included in our quote. I was also told that crew members would come back out to tighten the beams and power posts to correct the walls and raise the floor at a later date as well.
No one has reached out to tighten the beams and power posts, and they have walked back the free power post offer - saying they can now only do it at a discounted rate. I wish I hadn't paid until this was made right. This has dragged out for months.
And the quality of work is questionable. Not a basement expert, but some things simply don't look right, and look like they were completed quickly - see pictures/videos. This may be because each crew member gets a bigger cut if there are less people on the job (the foreman mentioned this pay model). There were only two crew members doing the installation and they had to work quickly to get the job done in one day.
For context, the photo taken by the base of the steps was where an old wooden post was removed. There was a nail left there that we had to remove ourselves. I've hit my head on the black screws that were left, too. And two power posts aren't screwed into the main support beam.
Overall, not happy with the quality of work and not happy with the communication or lack thereof throughout this process.
