I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on a generator, but the estimate process went well The sales rep was very thorough explained everything well and really seem to know what he was talking about and I thought the quote I got was reasonable I decided to move forward and have one installed- I don’t think it could possibly gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of getting a generator to reach out to them

Excellent onsite visit with Ian. Very knowledgeable of the Kohler systems. Looking forward to our install. Installation by Craig and John was excellent. Craig thoroughly explained the operation of the generator and then we did a mock power failure to run through the process. Mid Maine Generator has been amazing to work with.
