Bobby went WAY OVER what he was required to do. I felt his concern for us and he promised to stay late to fix our problem. He didn’t leave until almost 10 o’clock at night and he got there hours before.He’s not only extremely knowledgeable about our heating system, but also about our generator and how it all goes together. So on a technical level, I felt completely safe and heard. But, his greatest gift is his interpersonal skill of caring. We are pretty much novices at all of this, and so to have him connect with us in the way that he did was so reassuring. We knew for sure that his first requirement in his mind was to serve us and reassure us. He’s a great guy. Don’t let him get away. Whatever you are paying him, it’s worth it. Bill and Bonney Forbes.

Profoundly Incompetent. Meyer's Heating installed a 2 stage furnace and could not figure out how to have the furnace operate as designed. Meyer's walked away from the installation wiring the furnace for a single stage. Customer purchased a much more expensive two stage furnace. Ripped off customer. As an electrician, I figured out how to wire the furnace to operate properly. These guys do not possess the technical expertise to perform their jobs. In absolute disgust for the arrogance of their poor performance and for taking $7800.00 and then abandoning the customer.

My landlord hired Meyers to "clean" a 20-year old furnace that is leaking oil and showing imminent signs of failure. They told her that was the right thing to do instead of replacing it lol. Their tech Christian was one of the rudest workers I've ever had in my home. He took out the filthy motor and started cleaning it right there on the carpet! Completely disgusting. He left grease and dirt stains everywhere. I calmly asked him why he did that and he replied "I'm not talking to you" and walked away. I contacted the business directly and they refused to help, defending their worker instead. All I asked was for the carpets to be cleaned and they refused. Zero stars. EDIT: Response to Owner. That's not true and you know it. I reached out 3 times today and you told meet to go pound sand. You said you would never service my address again, you refused to discuss the carpets or arrange a cleaning and you couldn't even offer a simple apology.
